This pepper is one that you have to see to believe. Beautiful in your garden and on your plate, Bolivian Rainbow peppers should not be missed if you want to elevate your landscape or your plating.
For the grow geeks: Its best to start pepper seeds as early in your season as possible Peppers do best when grown in full sun. Bolivian Rainbow peppers grow very well in pots or containers. The peppers start out a brilliant purple and turn yellow to orange to red, with all stages of the pepper present on the plant. They can be grown indoors and will produce fruits continuously, year-round. When grown outside, they need a warm climate. There seed packs contain 10 seeds from our latest harvest. We perform germination testing on all seeds. We also use no pesticides and no synthetic fertilize.
For the foodies: Hot and colorful , these peppers resemble a much spicier bell pepper. As such they make a great replacement in dished that would traditionally use bell peppers. Also these peppers make a beautiful garnish to a soup or a charcuterie board.
