Purple peach peppers are a delight to grow and just as much fun to consume.
For the foodies: This high producing pepper makes a great dry powder blend that can be added to any dish. Spice up a marinade, add it to a dry rub for some kick or even sprinkle it over a quiche.
For the drinkers: Honey whiskey, simple syrup , lemon juice and one of these peppers. That's all we're going to say about that!
For the grow geeks: This plant grows fast so be prepared to support the vine. It is a beautiful pepper that ripens from dark almost black purple to peach. Sometimes you will get light purple streaks through the peach coloring. The plants themselves have a dark purple coloring through the leaves like the original Bhut/Neyde cross. The Purple Peach peppers are about 2 inches long and under a half inch wide and the plant can grow to 5 feet tall. There seed packs contain 10 seeds from our latest harvest. We perform germination testing on all seeds. We also use no pesticides and no synthetic fertilize.
